Our aim
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the standard referenced by Section 508 and generally applied under the ADA. That means it should work with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, at 200% zoom, and with animation switched off.
What we've done
- Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text contrast meets or exceeds 4.5:1 against its background throughout.
- The single image on the site carries descriptive alternative text; the logo is marked decorative and hidden from screen readers.
- Motion is disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
- Layout reflows to a single column down to 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling.
- Form fields have persistent labels rather than placeholder-only labeling.
Known problems
- The financial tables scroll horizontally on very narrow screens. A stacked view is planned.
- Some PDF filings predate our accessibility policy and aren't fully tagged. We'll supply an accessible version of any document on request.
