You may read, print and share anything on this site for personal or educational use. You may not republish it commercially, present it as your own, or use our name or mark to suggest a partnership that doesn't exist.
Donations
- Gifts are made to Amara Feeds and, once processed, are the property of the organization. The board retains full discretion and control over all contributions.
- Restricted gifts are spent on the program you chose. If that program is fully funded, the board may redirect the gift to the closest comparable work and will disclose that in the annual report.
- Cost figures such as "25 cents feeds a child" or "$10 buys 40 meals" are averages across our five countries for the current fiscal year. They illustrate typical value; they aren't a guarantee that your specific dollars purchased that specific plate.
- Monthly gifts continue until you cancel. Cancel from any email we send or by contacting us.
Refunds
If you gave in error, or gave the wrong amount, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it without argument. After 30 days we'll still consider it, but funds may already have been granted onward. We'll issue a corrected receipt either way.
Accuracy
We try to keep figures current and correct them when we find them wrong. Where this site and our audited financial statements disagree, the audited statements are authoritative.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. If you are making a substantial or legacy gift, talk to your own advisor first.
Liability
We don't exclude liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
